The HT Group is partnering together with some of Austin's top companies in search for friendly, professional Administrative/Office Assistants for temporary and contract to hire opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have a solid, relevant work history with 1-3 years of recent experience in an Administrative role.
*Must live in the Austin area.
- Greeting clients/customers
- Answering multiple phones in a friendly manner
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
- Managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
- Collect and maintain inventory of office supplies
- 1-3 years in an administrative, clerical, or executive assistant role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be able to start work ASAP (within 1 week)
- Must currently live in or near Austin, TX
- Must be able to type 40 WPM
- Strong experience in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Typing, and Data Entry)
