The HT Group is partnering together with some of Austin's top companies in search for friendly, professional Administrative/Office Assistants for temporary and contract to hire opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have a solid, relevant work history with 1-3 years of recent experience in an Administrative role.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

$12-15/hour DOE

*Must live in the Austin area.

General Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients/customers
  • Answering multiple phones in a friendly manner
  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
  • Managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Collect and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • 1-3 years in an administrative, clerical, or executive assistant role

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must be able to start work ASAP (within 1 week)
  • Must currently live in or near Austin, TX
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM
  • Strong experience in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Typing, and Data Entry)
