$12-14/hour
Full Time (Monday to Friday)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle overflow queue calls and quality performance on phone call monitors
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Keep up to date on department policy/ procedure updates and changes
  • Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent dispute resolution/ customer service skills
  • Typing of 40 wpm
  • Proficiency in MS office and Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma / GED
