Our client is a commercial software company that has gained nearly 50% of the market in their niche space. They are hiring for a talented .Net Software Developer that will lead new projects focused on the UI of the product line. This company has a history of building their product in WinForms and have migrated to all WPF solutions in the past couple years. They have UX designers and Business Analysts that lead the initial design phase for the products. They hand off the wireframes and mock ups to the software development team.
They will be asking this .Net Software Developer to focused on building new UI features that will keep the product line relevant and competitive.
The team is comprised of senior .Net software engineers that work on a mix of UI and Business Logic for the product line. As a new hire, the .Net Software Engineer will start off focused on the UI. As they start to understand the nuances of the business logic, they will be asked to participate in more complex tasks.
-Over four years of .Net/C# development experience, including recent WPF/XAML project work.
-Experience reviewing UI mock ups and wireframes and translating them in to executable code.
-Experience working in high pace agile environment.
-Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
-Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
-Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database design, T-Sql, data access, and best practices
-Unit testing with any of the following testing tools: NUnit, XUnit, Visual Studio TestTools
