The HT Group is now hiring an AP Clerk for a great client in Northwest Austin. This position offers full benefits upon hire and a $2/hour raise! Great long-term opportunity, immediate start!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracks invoices that are out for approval
  • Process checks twice a week
  • Process Agents monthly commission via ACH & checks
  • Process account current statements from carriers and ensure policies are paid on time to avoid NOCs
  • Post EFT payments on a daily basis
  • Special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable is preferred
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • High energy, the ability to maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and are extremely goal oriented
  • A professional business manner
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
  • Ability to easily learn new software is required
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree-Accounting or Finance a plus
