Technical Account Manager - Permanent Role - Austin, TX

Our client is searching for an Technical Account Manager with experience assisting Release Management and DevOps teams in implementing agile database automation. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product & engineering teams to quickly respond to client implementation requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units to bring congruency, collaboration, and cost efficiency to the enterprise
  • Refine internal implementation & customer success processes and document using Confluence

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Technical Account Management centered around post sales customer implementation
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux
  • Prior experience as a Release Engineer or Database Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Desired Skills:

  • RDBMS platform knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server and DB2)
  • Project Management methodology (SDLC)
