Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator

The HT Group is working with a client in the Round Rock/ Pflugerville area who is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Support Coordinator to support the sales team in the field. You will not have direct responsibility for selling but your work contributes to developing good relationships and enables the field sales reps to spend more time selling. We are looking for candidates that have an eye for detail and that have been in strong customer services roles and that has experience supporting a sales team. We are looking for strong team players can work accurately and independently with an acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with the sales rep that you support
  • Coordinate bids and quotes with designers and estimators
  • Coordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information
  • Source prices from contractors and third party suppliers
  • Create project folders and endure that all data is updated and entered
  • Process equipment orders to the suppliers and coordinate with installation dates
  • Enter pricing and write up final quotes to enter into ERP system
  • Track orders from point of sale to delivery to client
  • Maintain and improve customer service by communicating with all departments within the company
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and reverent problems
  • Provide data guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Stay up-to date with new product and feature launches
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and an excellent customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish/English
  • Excellent at Project Management skills (good multitasking and ability to prioritize projects and workload
  • Proven work experience e as a Sales Support Specialist
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and advanced in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working in an ERP and CRM system
  • Experience with bids, quotes, and pricing
  • Able to read blueprints and have good math skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Analytical thinker and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
