The HT Group is hiring a Receptionist role in Austin, TX. This position is starting ASAP. Please read the description below.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Temp to hire
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Greeting guests and responding to inquiries
- Assist internal department with all requests
- Administrative tasks: filing, data entry, etc.
- Customer service to clients calling in
- Scanning files, data entry, answering phones, and entering contact info
- 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must type 45 WPM
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Experience managing an executive calendar a plus!
