The HT Group is hiring a Receptionist role in Austin, TX. This position is starting ASAP. Please read the description below.


Austin, TX

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Temp to hire



  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Greeting guests and responding to inquiries
  • Assist internal department with all requests
  • Administrative tasks: filing, data entry, etc.
  • Customer service to clients calling in
  • Scanning files, data entry, answering phones, and entering contact info


  • 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must type 45 WPM
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience managing an executive calendar a plus!
