The HT Group is now hiring ROCKSTARS for their downtown Austin client. You will be taking calls, answering questions, and providing exceptional support for existing customers. NO COLD CALLS, NO SALES! The highest priority here is the customer experience, so if you believe in providing the highest quality customer care/satisfaction, we’ll provide the training to do it successfully!

Availability to work alternate hours (8-8, Monday-Saturday) Opportunities for Overtime!!
Previous experience in customer service. Retail, Restaurants, Call Center counts!

$13.50/hour (Bilingual-Spanish: $14/hour)
Long-term Temp-to Hire with FULL benefits upon hire
Background/Credit Check will be run upon job offer
Great computer skills REQUIRED-candidates will be testing on typing
Training starts April 28th (Mandatory 6-weeks’ PAID training, no absences allowed)
