The HT Group is partnering with a world leader in the tech industry that will be opening the doors to their new US headquarters in Austin in a few short weeks! We are looking for a top-notch Lead Generation Specialist who is looking to join of team full of technology enthusiasts passionate about education. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be supporting an amazing team selling software that protects students, empowers teachers, and supports schools IT teams.

Pay: Competitive Base Pay + Commission - OTE - 60K

Hours: M-F-8-5

In this role, you will help build a pipeline of sales opportunities through telephone based sales.

  • Cold call as appropriate to a targeted list; up to 75 calls/day
  • Grow a pipeline of sales opportunities and effectively prioritize your efforts
  • Create positive relationships with potential customers
  • Scheduling appointments for software demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Software sales experience in sales to school districts is a plus!
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding, ideally with a familiarity of school's technical environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales support tools.
