The HT Group is now hiring a Sales Support Assistant for a home furnishings company in South Austin. This position is temp but there is long-term opportunity for the right person. Join an enthusiastic and friendly team in a great office environment that is productive and fun. The ideal candidate can work accurately and independently with an acute attention to detail.

Position Details:

$16/hour

M-F 8:30-5:30PM

Temporary position with potential for long-term opportunity for the right person

Responsibilities:

  • Enter information into ERP system and Excel spreadsheets
  • Order entry/building shipments
  • Tracking orders from point of sale to delivery
  • Answer inbound calls from stores/customers
  • Other duties may be assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
