Bilingual Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Payment verification and receipts
  • Receives, processes & codes credit reports
  • Writes suspense tickets for lapsed or other rider policy payments
  • Address or mode changes
  • Process collection items
  • Orders duplicate receipts for Latin America
  • Orders refund checks
  • Works as liaison between international agents and NWL
  • Works closely with International POS and International Marketing
  • Enters payments for conversions, additions of trailer and other policy changes
  • Research missing premiums or misapplied funds
  • Reconciles clearing accounts for general ledger
  • Serves as translator as needed
  • Serves as backup for returned checks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Front desk, receptionist, or office clerk / administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must type 45 WPM
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience managing an executive calendar a plus!
  • 1-2 years Administrative assistant or executive assistant experience
