Office Manager

Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Details

M-F (hours to be discussed but will be during business hours)

$14-16 DOE

Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

Assist the director with scheduling appointments, calendar management, and correspondence with customers.

Speak with potential customers on the company’s behalf.

Answer inbound calls and provide customer support.

Administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and heavy use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree.

Must be dependable and reliable.

Advanced customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.

Previous experience in an office required, moving company experience a plus.

Previous experience with calendar management and scheduling strongly preferred.
