The HT Group is partnering with one of Austin's top companies in search for a friendly, professional Administrative/Office Assistant. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of recent experience in an Administrative role.

Administrative Assistant

Full time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$14-16/hour DOE

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for executives and their department
  • Schedule travel, meetings, and office events
  • Develops, maintains, and updates filing system, and retrieves information when needed.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a friendly manner
  • Copying check requests and sending to accounts payable travel reimbursement, documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance
  • Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One year of administrative experience minimum
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
  • The upmost attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and other CRM/ERP software
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
